We kindly request that all patients, whether with or without health insurance in Post Falls, settle their visit fees at the time of service. We accept payments in the form of cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Health Savings Account (HSA) debit cards, as our services are eligible for HSA use.
INSURANCE IN POST FALLS

To determine your coverage for chiropractic care or out-of-network chiropractic providers, please contact your insurance provider directly. Upon request, we can provide a receipt, known as a "superbill," containing the required codes and information for reimbursement for those seeking to claim expenses for seeing an out-of-network provider.
MEDICARE
As a Non-Participating provider with Medicare, we will submit claims for eligible services to Medicare on your behalf. Since we are non-participating, we will request the full charge for services rendered at each visit. Medicare will process the claims and any approved reimbursements will be sent directly to you. Please be aware that Aligned Family Chiropractic does not verify coverage or deductibles. For information about your benefits, please contact Medicare directly.
